Shipping

Orders are normally packaged by humans and delivered within 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. On the other hand, during particularly busy periods, it may take up to 14 working days. Note, however, that these deadlines mainly concern products in inventory (accessories, soft toys, etc.)! Made-to-order products such as special orders and clothings may take longer to arrive at their destination, since they must first be manufactured. Stay patient!

ReveOcculte is not responsible for stolen, damaged packages and/or delivery errors from our carriers. Customers are required to verify their delivery address when completing their order.

We are not responsible if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the delivery address. For any package that has been returned to us due to an error in delivery originating from the customer (forgetting to enter the apartment number or wrong address, for example), delivery costs for the return are required, or $10.

We are not responsible for stolen items from an order that has been delivered.

Cancellation and modification of orders

For a modification or a cancellation, it is possible to contact us by email via info@reveocculte.com.

However, we cannot guarantee the modification or cancellation of an order due to processing time. If it is already complete, it's too late.

Special orders

As we hold reduced inventories (or even no inventory, when it comes to clothing - made-to-order products), it may happen that the product you want is out of stock or not available in your size. If this is the case, please send us an email at info@reveocculte.com, so that we can remedy the situation and notify you as soon as the product is returned!

In addition, we take notice of customer suggestions regarding the appearance of new products. If you have an idea, or a particular desire, let us know!

Returns and exchanges

ReveOcculte guarantees the quality of its products. We recommend that our customers inspect their order upon delivery. An exchange or a credit note (of the value of the items at the time of purchase) is possible in the event of a defect only, and this, within 7 days following delivery of the order. After this period, items are no longer eligible for an exchange or refund.

Proof of purchase is required for all item return requests. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and never been used.

Returns by post are at the customer's expense.
