Of course ! Considering that most of our products are manufactured on demand, it is very likely that this situation will happen to you one day or another. When this is the case, send us an email to info@reveocculte.com with the description of the desired product (name, size, color, etc.) and we will notify you via email of the arrival of the product. Likewise, you will not need to re-navigate through the site to find the object of your desire: we will send you the purchase link to order directly by email.

For a modification or a cancellation of order, it is possible to contact us by email via info@reveocculte.com.

However, we cannot guarantee the modification or cancellation of an order due to processing time. If it is already completed, it's too late !

Orders are normally prepared by humans and delivered within 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. On the other hand, during particularly busy periods, it may take up to 14 working days. Note, however, that these deadlines mainly concern products in inventory (accessories, plushes, etc.)! Made-to-order products such as special orders and clothings may take longer to arrive at their destination, since they must first be manufactured. Don't worry: most orders take less than 21 days (from receipt of order) to arrive at their destination. Stay patient!

Oh no! We understand how frustrating it can be to find yourself faced with an error after anxiously waiting for a package. Email us at info@reveocculte.com with your order number as well as the description of the missing/incorrect item, and we will be sure to follow up with you!

Since the embroidery is done on the shirt directly, its seams can be irritating to the skin. This is why we added a square of silk to the inside of the shirt, which hides the embroidery seams and allows the shirt to be worn comfortably, even for sensitive skin!

That being said, this square may become loose over time depending on your washing method. It was applied with an iron and remains sensitive to heat: depending on the temperature at which you dry your clothes, it may start to peel off. THIS IS NOT IRREVERSIBLE. In fact, the square can simply be reapplied with an iron, leaving it on the fabric for around ten seconds in "cotton" mode. You shouldn't have to struggle to place it correctly, in our experience only the edges of the square come off in the wash, so it's quick and easy to fix this problem. To avoid this process at each wash, simply remember to hang your shirts to dry!
